Terms of Service

PackSure provides Shopify merchants with tools to configure optional protection and packaging offers and review related order details. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for your Shopify account, the accuracy of your configuration, and the products and prices you offer to customers. You are also responsible for complying with laws that apply to your store and customer transactions.

PackSure is provided through Shopify. Any app subscription charges are presented for approval in Shopify and billed through Shopify according to the plan and billing interval shown there. Uninstalling the app stops future app access; existing charges and refunds remain subject to Shopify billing rules.

Do not use PackSure for unlawful or harmful purposes, attempt to access another merchant account, interfere with the service, or misuse Shopify data or credentials.

We work to keep PackSure available and secure, but maintenance, third-party services, network issues, or events outside our control can interrupt the service.

You may stop using PackSure by uninstalling it through Shopify. We may suspend access when needed to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms. Shopify privacy requests govern deletion of store data.

We may update the service or these Terms. We will update the revision date on this page when the Terms change. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply.

To the extent permitted by law, PackSure is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
